In this exciting role you will have responsibility for managing/coordinating the provision of administrative support functions for all Property Services staff and to undertake specific responsibilities for key/priority department support activities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the provision of effective Reception and Post Room services for the entire Headquarters North site and provide support for Headquarters South when required.

Qualifications

  • You must have a good standard of education, excellent literacy and numeric skills, and the ability to take minutes with good communication skills.
  • Proven interpersonal skills are essential together with an ability to promote professional working relationships with personnel at all levels.
  • Recent experience of working in an office environment is required with evidence demonstrating discretion, tact and diplomacy, initiative, and flexibility.
