Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact between staff of internal departments and external contractors.
- Manage reception duties, post room, financial tasks and report filing.
- Attend meetings and take minutes when required.
Qualifications and Experience
- Good standard of education with excellent literacy and numeracy skills.
- NVQ Level 2 in Administration/Customer Services or proven experience in a similar environment.
- IT literate with experience in Word, Excel and PowerPoint and ability to manipulate data from a variety of sources.
- Proven ability to work as part of a team and provide support and assistance as required.
- Strong communication skills at all levels, both verbally and in writing.
