Shape the future of Enabling Services at Thames Valley Police. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the design and delivery of a brand-new Transactional Service Centre at Thames Valley Police. As Head of Transactional Service Centre (Delivery), you will play a pivotal role in creating and establishing a new function that will transform how key enabling services are delivered across the organisation. Initially focused on People services, this role will also help shape a model that has reach across People, Tasking & Resilience, and Finance, making it a highly visible and strategically important leadership position.
What you will be responsible for:
- Lead the design, mobilisation, and delivery of the new Transactional Service Centre.
- Develop a service model that delivers high-quality, efficient, and customer-focused services.
- Drive operational excellence, service performance, and continuous improvement.
