We are a well-established family practice with a caring team, providing comprehensive primary health care to over 2000 patients. We work as part of a multidisciplinary care team, with the Thames Valley Family Health Team. The Registered Practical Nurse provides support to the routine operations in the outpatient family medicine office.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
- Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
- Ability to provide episodic care under a medical order or directive
- Knowledge and experience working collaboratively with community resources
- Proficiency in the use of computer and previous experience with an Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
- Must be capable of establishing positive interpersonal relationships and able to work as an effective team member
Job Type: RPN, part time, around 15 hours per week. Salary: Approximately $25 per hour.
