What we are looking for: We are looking for a passionate and driven Individual Giving Acquisition Officer to join our Fundraising team. This is an exciting opportunity to support the acquisition of new supporters. At Thames Valley Air Ambulance, we are committed to giving everyone the best chance when the worst happens. Your role: As Individual Giving Acquisition Officer, you'll play a key part in acquiring new supporters. You'll work closely with our partners and Face-to-Face fundraising team to grow the number of people supporting Thames Valley Air Ambulance.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Supporting our Face-to-Face agency to ensure our team of fundraisers are inducted into working with Thames Valley Air Ambulance and they are supported in the community.
- Identifying new channels and opportunities for Thames Valley Air Ambulance to grow our supporter base.
About you: You’ll bring experience in fundraising and a good understanding of individual giving and/or legacy fundraising. You’ll be confident working across different channels and managing multiple projects with strong organisational skills.

- Has experience supporting fundraising campaigns.
- Experience of recruiting new customers/supporters.
- Is highly organised and able to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
