We are recruiting for an ambitious and motivated Audit & Accounts Semi Senior. This role is ideally suited to someone who is part-qualified, working towards their ACA qualification.
The Role
- You will play a key role in delivering high-quality audit and accounts services to a diverse client portfolio, while continuing to develop your technical expertise and professional skills while progressing towards your ACA qualification.

Key responsibilities:
- Deliver audit and accounts assignments across office and client sites
- Support senior team on larger engagements; complete work to standard and apply feedback
- Lead smaller assignments with manager oversight
- Delegate tasks to trainees and provide guidance and feedback
- Liaise with clients to support planning and delivery of assignments
- Monitor and report progress, budgets and timelines
- Take ownership of work, ensuring quality and deadlines are met
- Maintain compliance with firm policies and regulatory requirements
- Stay up to date with relevant regulations and internal systems
About You
- Experience in an accountancy practice within an Audit & Accounts role
- Solid understanding of audit and accounting standards
- Ability to meet deadlines and work within budgets
- Strong communication skills with clients and colleagues
- Good organisation and time management
- Proactive, solution-focused approach
- Proficient in Excel and audit/accounts software (e.g. CCH)
