We're working with a fantastic charity who are looking for a bright, personable Events Co-ordinator to join their friendly team. You will deliver engaging events, workshops and activities across Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and West London. You'll be involved in planning, coordinating and delivering events from start to finish, working closely with local organisations to create meaningful and powerful events for the local community. The role offers varied and flexible working, your time will be spread from home, the Slough office and out supporting with the events. This is an opportunity to make a real difference and have a huge impact on peoples futures. The role Plan and coordinate events, managing timelines, logistics and key milestones. Recruit and work with business ambassadors to bring real-world experience into activities. Build strong relationships with businesses and partner organisations. Create engaging presentations, resources and workshop materials. Evaluate activities and contribute to reporting and celebrating programme successes. Ensure compliance procedures are followed at all times. About you We're looking for a confident, organised and engaging communicator who enjoys working with different audiences and is passionate about delivering exceptional events. The key skills were looking for are: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organisational and project management skills. Confidence presenting to groups and adapting your approach to different audiences. Good IT and database skills, including Teams and Zoom. Good knowledge of local schools, businesses and communities would be advantageous. A full, clean driving licence and access to your own car. TPBN1_UKTJ
