An established and successful family owned business who operate in the food and beverage sector is looking for a Internal Sales Advisor to join its team in Uxbridge.
You’ll be responsible for managing customer enquiries, processing orders and building strong relationships with new and existing customers. The role also includes outbound calls, upselling, account management and supporting customers with product enquiries.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries via phone, email and live chat
- Process orders and provide accurate product information
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Make outbound calls and identify sales opportunities
- Upsell and generate repeat business
- Manage customer accounts and follow up enquiries
- Work towards weekly team targets
About You
- Previous customer service or internal sales experience within an office environment
- A stable employment history and evidence of commitment to previous roles would be desirable
- Confident on the telephone
- Comfortable working independently and as a team
- Strong attention to detail
