QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Previous relevant experience with a background in events, hospitality and managing a team
- Proven ability to manage complex sales operations with measured success

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supporting the Lounge Manager in leading team members
- Open and close the Lounge, coordinate floor team, and manage day-to-day service.
- Ensure the Lounge complies with all relevant HACCP procedures and legislation, following best practice principles to deliver a consistent standard of ‘world class’ customer service
- Ensure legal compliance with the sale of alcohol, prevent underage drinking, and uphold premises licensing regulations
- Work alongside the other Retail Managers, identifying training requirements to ensure the team have development opportunities
- Support with recruitment, retention, management, and development of the team
- Work closely with your Team of Café bar assistants to develop and sustain a high level of team energy and engagement, focused on our company values and service promises
- Conduct regular stock takes, manage deliveries, and ensure bars are fully stocked.
- Coordinate closely with the sales team on set-up, staffing and timelines for events ranging from intimate gatherings to large-scale parties.
