Thames Reach in London is seeking a Director of Operations to lead the charity’s non-service functions and strengthen infrastructure and sustainability. You will work with the CEO and SMT to shape strategy and ensure delivery across Finance, People, Data, IT, Property & Facilities and housing governance.
You will report to the Chief Executive and Board, provide operational assurance on risk and compliance, drive organisational change, and champion equity, diversity and inclusion.
