Your experience of street homelessness, whether personal or professional, will be vital in delivering compassionate and effective support in our outreach and MIST teams.
Responsibilities
- Be responsible for day‑to‑day operational delivery of the fast‑paced outreach team in the Square Mile.
- With the support of the Senior Practitioner, oversee delivery of the City MIST service for people in temporary accommodation.
- Support the development of colleagues through high‑standard supervision.
- Broker and maintain collaborative relationships with local partner agencies.
- Process and analyse data to ensure service delivery is at a high standard and remains relevant.
- Work with the Area Manager to continuously improve the service, developing model ways of working based in best practice.
Qualifications
- Experienced in leading complex services that support adults in homelessness settings.
- Excellent communicator, able to relate to a variety of audiences and use relevant data.
- Creative and imaginative in delivering a responsive service to local need.
- Skilled in supervision with experience of supporting and developing client‑facing colleagues.
- Decisive and confident, able to make the right decisions in high‑pressure environments.
- Outcome‑focused and able to use data to maximise the efficiency and effectiveness of the services.
