We work to prevent vulnerable people from becoming homeless. We help formerly homeless people get their lives back on track. We help people find work and access training and volunteering opportunities.

About this role…

We are looking for a Support Worker to join the Single Point of Access team.

We will not accept applications where Artificial Intelligence (AI) has been used to assist with completing the competency questions.

The Lambeth Living Well Network Alliance supports people in Lambeth experiencing mental illness. Thames Reach works in partnership with South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust, Lambeth NHS Clinical Commissioning Group, Lambeth Council and Certitude to deliver mental health services as part of the innovative transformation of mental health services in the borough.

You will:

  • Triage clients over the phone and record data on computer databases
  • Be motivated, confident at liaising with professionals and able to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Be outcome-focused and accurately record work to enable us to demonstrate our outcomes
  • Navigate multiple systems, including using client databases and Microsoft Excel.

You will be:

  • Organised and efficient in your work
  • Excellent at communicating and problem solving
  • Confident in your ability to support clients
  • Competent at using a computer and a range of software packages
  • Responsive and flexible to the needs of the team and the clients
  • Self-motivated to achieve daily/weekly targets
