Thames Reach in London is seeking a Senior Practitioner to join the Acre Lane Project Team. You will support the Lead Manager in the day-to-day running of two accommodation services for clients with complex needs and help move them towards greater independence.
You will line manage staff, deliver high-quality, person-centred support, manage risk, and build strong relationships with external agencies to achieve positive outcomes for clients.
