Thames Reach Charity in London is seeking a Director of Operations to shape the organisation’s future, ensuring robust infrastructure, financial sustainability and strong governance. You will lead non-service operations across Finance, People, Data, IT, Property & Facilities and Thames Reach Housing, reporting to the CEO and the Senior Management Team.
