Who We Are

At Honesty Group, we’re not just another coffee shop, we're a home away from home. Our spaces are built for real people: dog-lovers, book clubbers, regulars, friends, families. We don’t do gimmicks. Just good coffee, good food, and good people. Everything is handmade; we have our own food production, from our sourdough loaves to our pastries and hot food and sandwiches. We care deeply about where our ingredients come from, and don’t hide behind fine print.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

We put people first, that's more than talk. We believe in community, in looking after each other, and in being transparent. You’ll be part of something meaningful: a business built on honesty, authenticity, sustainability. We want to see you grow. Many of our managers, chefs, and supervisors started just where you are now — as Coffee Shop Assistants.

Working Hours: Saturdays, 07:30 - 15:30 (7.5hrs) plus overtime to cover sickness and annual leave - These will be solo shifts so confidence in working alone is key.

  • Look after customers: chat, laugh, listen, make them feel at home
  • Help in food prep, checking temperatures and food safety, following our high standards
  • Support events, take phone orders, answer enquiries
  • Keep things clean and welcoming: tables, floors, toilets, indoor/outdoor areas
  • Do stock work: take deliveries, rotate stock, display products, run fridge checks
  • Help with end-of-day tasks: log waste, cash up, lock up
  • Use our systems (laptop, Slack, email) to stay in the loop

Who You Are

  • You bring initiative, an upbeat spirit, and a calm, helpful attitude
  • You care about doing things well and doing them with respect — to food, to people, to safety
