Thames Motor Group is looking for an enthusiastic Creative Social Content & Customer Lead Management Intern to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands‑on experience creating engaging content, supporting our digital marketing activities, and helping manage customer enquiries across multiple platforms.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Create engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube.
  • Capture photos and videos of new vehicle arrivals, customer handovers, behind‑the‑scenes activities and dealership events.
  • Edit short‑form video content and graphics for social media campaigns.
  • Help develop content calendars and marketing ideas.
  • Monitor social media engagement and identify trends to improve performance.
  • Respond promptly to online customer enquiries.
  • Qualify and manage leads from our website, social media and advertising platforms.
  • Ensure customer information is accurately recorded in our CRM system.
  • Work closely with the sales team to allocate and follow up customer enquiries.
  • Help monitor lead conversion and customer response times.

We're Looking For Someone Who

  • Has a passion for cars, social media, content creation and digital marketing.
  • Is happy to be on camera & well presented.
  • Is confident using Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn.
  • Has excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Is organised, proactive and able to manage multiple tasks.
  • Has basic photography or video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express or similar is a bonus).
  • Is comfortable speaking with customers both online and over the phone.
  • Has a positive attitude and is eager to learn.
  • Is loyal, hardworking, enthusiastic, a team player and approachable.
