We are recruiting for a Retail Manager for our Wokingham shop which is a modern store full of pre-loved items. This is charity retail and the role is commercial and challenging, requiring prior visual and fashion experience to assist in setting up and running a commercially viable business. You will be dedicated and enjoy retail, with a visual and creative approach, excellent service and high standards as second nature, aiming to make your store the best it can be while giving something back.

Responsibilities

  • Utilise visual and fashion experience to set up and run a commercially viable charity retail store
  • Lead a great retail team and deliver excellent customer service
  • Maintain high standards of presentation and store standards

Qualifications / Skills

  • Strong visual and creative skills
  • Experience in retail management or assistant management
  • Commitment to delivering excellent service and standards
  • Ability to work in a charity retail environment and to give something back
