We are recruiting for a Retail Manager for our Wokingham shop which is a modern store full of pre-loved items. This is charity retail and the role is commercial and challenging, requiring prior visual and fashion experience to assist in setting up and running a commercially viable business. You will be dedicated and enjoy retail, with a visual and creative approach, excellent service and high standards as second nature, aiming to make your store the best it can be while giving something back.
Responsibilities
- Utilise visual and fashion experience to set up and run a commercially viable charity retail store
- Lead a great retail team and deliver excellent customer service
- Maintain high standards of presentation and store standards
Qualifications / Skills
- Strong visual and creative skills
- Experience in retail management or assistant management
