We are always looking for excellent people to bring their skills, values driven behaviours and commitment to ambition to deliver quality of life, to the end of life, for everyone to join our charity. As one team we raise money, support each other whether in clinical teams, or corporate services to ensure everything runs efficiently and smoothly and delivers the best outcome for our patients and their families. Being part of a great team in a complex organisation is demanding, but also really rewarding. If you want to be part of our Inpatient Services team then we'd love to work with you.

In this role, you will report to the Inpatient Services Manager, Ward Sisters and Senior Staff Nurses. You must be NMC registered and have eligibility to work within the UK. Working collaboratively you will be an integral part of an amazing multi-disciplinary team, working with doctors, clinical and pastoral care teams, therapists, physios and great support teams. Together you'll ensure a high standard of provision of care for patients requiring palliative and end of life care. You'll be part of a team of registered nurses and carers, with consultant oversight, providing day to day leadership, management and continuous improvement of the delivery and services of the inpatient wards.

To support you within your role, we have an excellent learning and development program to help further develop your clinical skills. We know that supporting, developing and nurturing our colleagues leads to outstanding patient care and strong morale and team spirit amongst our incredible teams. You will need to be an experienced registered nurse not necessarily in a hospice or palliative care setting with the desire to care for this group of patients. You should possess good communication skills, excellent care values and a strong sense of team spirit.
