Thames Hospice are seeking an ambitious and commercially driven Retail Director to join the Executive team reporting to the Chief Executive. This role will be pivotal in leading and shaping the future of the Retail team to drive revenue growth and develop sustainable retail strategies responding to evolving high street trends.
We are looking for a leader with commercial acumen who can seek to maximise income opportunities, build strong client relationships, and engage with the community to drive high performance across multiple teams.
