Job Title: Organisational Development (OD) Business Partner
Salary: £34,400 per year
Hours: 30 hours per week

The Organisational Development Business Partner will lead and deliver strategic organisational development initiatives that foster a compassionate, inclusive and high-performing culture aligned with the hospice’s strategy and values.The role will support leadership development, workforce engagement, change management, inclusion and belonging and continuous improvement across the Hospice. This is an exciting time to join the organisation as we embark on a new 5-year strategy and a fresh OD programme.
