Thames Hospice is an independent hospice based at Bray Lake, Maidenhead. Proudly serving our community for more than 36 years, we provide specialist palliative and end-of-life care as well as vital support for patients’ families.

This is an exciting opportunity to support a charitable organisation with its corporate governance arrangements and would suit an individual who is highly motivated, enthusiastic and forward thinking. This is an evolving role, and the candidate will be supported through their learning by the Director of Governance. The role will be based full-time on site at Thames Hospice.

The portfolio includes but is not limited to:

  • Information Governance
  • Board and Committee administration
  • Policy and legislative change
  • A variety of corporate governance arrangements to ensure our charitable organisation remains safe and compliant.
