We're looking for a motivated and compassionate Senior Staff Nurse to join our hospice team. This is a key leadership role for a nurse with strong clinical expertise, confidence in guiding others, and a commitment to delivering exceptional care for patients and their families.
As part of our multiâdisciplinary team, you'll provide highâquality palliative and endâofâlife care within our Inpatient Unit. You'll bring enthusiasm, flexibility, and excellent communication skills, working collaboratively to maintain the highest standards.
ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will act as a role model, supporting and developing junior staff through 1â1s and appraisals. Strong organisational skills and effective leadership are essential. You will also contribute to clinical audits, quality monitoring, and ensuring compliance with hospice and regulatory requirements.
Working patternThis role includes shift work, long days and night shifts (07:00â19:30 / 19:00â07:30) as well as weekend working.
