Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality palliative and end-of-life care to patients and their families on our Inpatient Unit as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
  • Demonstrate enthusiasm, flexibility, and commitment to delivering outstanding care; communicate effectively and collaborate within a multi-disciplinary team.
  • Work shifts as required, including long days, night shifts (07:00–19:30 / 19:00–07:30) and weekends.

Qualifications

  • Healthcare Assistant with previous experience in a care setting.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team.
