We are recruiting for a Retail Assistant for our Bracknell shop which is a modern store full of pre-loved items.
So, yes, charity retail.
It’s not what you think for a start.
Not for us anyway.
Firstly, we only sell fashion and home furnishings that are right on trend and stores are set up to compete on the high street with anyone else.
The role is just as commercial and just as challenging as anywhere and Retail Assistant are expected to utilise all their previous visual and fashion experience to assist in setting up and running a commercially viable business.
You will be dedicated and of course working in retail is something you love but for you, there needs to be more to it.
You’re visual and creative, excellent service and great standards are second nature and you want your store to be the best it can be, but you also want to give something back.
Responsibilities
- Utilise visual and fashion experience to assist in setting up and running a commercially viable retail operation.
- Provide excellent service and uphold high standards to help the store perform well.
- Contribute to merchandising and store presentation to reflect on-trend fashion and home furnishings.
