We’re hiring an Internal Sales Executive to join a small, friendly team focused on selling connectivity solutions into the Service Provider space. The market is busy, the opportunities are huge, and we need someone who loves building relationships, spotting opportunities and keeping things moving.
In this role, you’ll develop new business, look after a set of existing customers, support larger accounts, and work closely with internal teams to keep everything running smoothly. No two days will look the same — expect a mix of prospecting, problem-solving, collaboration and plenty of customer interaction.
What you’ll be doing:
- Reaching out to new prospects and opening doors
- Managing and growing smaller existing accounts
- Supporting the wider team with key accounts
- Working closely with Technical Support, Marketing, Operations and Finance
- Keeping CRM notes and admin up to date
- Staying informed on products and services
- Hitting (or surpassing) your sales targets
What you’ll bring:
- Minimum 2 years’ sales experience, ideally in tech, telecoms, or a similar space
- Confidence speaking with Service Providers or similar customer groups
- Strong communication skills across phone, email and meetings
- Good organisation and attention to detail
- A proactive, positive attitude with the ability to make things happen
- Comfortable using Outlook, Excel, Word and CRM tools
- Interest in telecoms or networking is a bonus
