Chrome Plater / Electroplater – Aerospace
Salary: From £30,000 + depending on experience
We’re looking for an experienced Chrome Plater / Electroplater to join a specialist aerospace surface treatment team.
This is a hands-on role working with hard chrome plating and precision components, where quality, accuracy and attention to detail are essential.
Key experience:
- Hard chrome / electroplating experience
- Aerospace, defence or precision engineering background
- Surface preparation, masking and jigging
- Understanding of plating temperatures, current density and coating thickness
- Experience working to drawings, specifications and process instructions
- Strong health & safety awareness when handling chemicals
Experience with AMS2460, NADCAP, AS9100, hydrogen de-embrittlement or aerospace special processes would be highly advantageous.
Location: Walton on Thames
Salary: £30,000+ depending on experience
Hours: 6:30am - 3:30pm or similar
