Overview

Hand Sorter – Milton Keynes Waste Recovery Park

Hourly Rate – £12.79 per hour

Monday – Friday; 2:00pm – 10:00pm

Responsibilities

  • This role involves working in a Household Waste Treatment Plant - picking recyclable materials from conveyors.
  • Picking at defined rates recyclable materials from conveyors with additional ad-hoc duties (light cleaning, cleaning blockages etc).
  • Housekeeping of the operator cabins and the Plant in general.
  • Following all site health and safety rules.
  • Ability to work as a part of a team.
  • Punctuality, reliability and flexibility.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Overtime available.
  • Good opportunity for progression (no experience needed; all training provided).
