What we’re looking for:

  • Experience in a regulated, operational or high‑risk environment
  • Strong working knowledge of H&S legislation
  • Confident communicator, able to influence and support teams at all levels
  • Organised, proactive and comfortable working independently on site
  • A collaborative team player with a practical, solutions‑focused mindset
  • Experience in waste, energy, industrial or manufacturing environments is desirable but not essential

Benefits:

  • Entry into Company bonus scheme - up to 5%
  • Contributory pension up to 6%
  • 24 days annual leave
  • Annual opportunity to buy additional annual leave (up to 5 days)
  • Life assurance: 4 x annual salary
  • Flexible benefits: Access to a wide range of flexible benefits through Bravo Benefits, allowing you to tailor your package to suit your individual needs, including health, wellbeing, and lifestyle options.
