We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join our team on the Isle of Wight as a Business Support Manager. In this role, you will effectively lead a team of Business Support staff and focus on coordinating the provision of data and information to enable successful management of operations.
- This is a hybrid working opportunity with some time spent in the office and other time working from home.
- The role reports to the Account Director for the Isle of Wight account.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, guide, and provide information to enable operational best practices.
- Collaborate with the central Transaction Services Team to improve processes and resolve queries.
- Communicate with vendors and contract-based staff to address queries promptly.
- Oversee the production of accurate and informative business reports.
- Analyze systems to extract insightful data.
- Streamline processes to enhance efficiency.
- This role may require occasional travel away from home.
Qualifications
- Degree or equivalent professional qualification (preferred).
Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Adaptability and confidence in new situations.
- Supportive leadership and team supervision skills.

- Experience managing small to medium projects.
Experience
