Managing incidents and learning: Leading and supporting incident investigations, identifying root causes and ensuring lessons learned translate into meaningful improvements. Strengthening quality standards: Supporting the development and continuous improvement of our Quality Management System, helping teams deliver consistent, right-first-time outcomes. Auditing and managing risk: Delivering risk-based audits and inspections, identifying trends and ensuring corrective and preventative actions are completed effectively. Turning data into action: Monitoring performance, analysing trends and providing clear, practical insights that support better decision-making. Supporting wider business objectives: Working collaboratively with central HSEQ teams and contributing specialist expertise to work-winning activity where required. A NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent Level 6 health and safety qualification. Grad IOSH status, with progress towards Chartered status. Strong knowledge of health and safety legislation and management systems, including ISO 45001. Experience implementing or maintaining Quality Management Systems, with working knowledge of ISO 9001. A proven track record of leading audits, incident investigations and continuous improvement initiatives. The confidence to influence senior stakeholders, challenge constructively and help drive positive cultural change. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret performance information and turn it into practical recommendations. Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage colleagues at all levels. A flexible, organised approach, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a busy operational environment.
