Location: Reading, United Kingdom

This role is a remote role and can be based anywhere in the UK. We are looking for a Commissions Analyst to join our Cybersecurity Products BL (CSP). You will be responsible for supporting the administration and execution of sales incentive programs that align with organizational goals and drive sales performance. This includes commissions processing, data analysis, reporting, and ensuring compliance with compensation policies and practices.

You will report into the Director of Global Commissions, collaborating closely with other commissions analysts, Sales Operations and cross‑functional teams to ensure accurate and timely commission calculations, to resolve inquiries and to contribute to process improvements across global commissions programs.

Main responsibilities:

  • Support the administration and execution of the sales commission plans for Americas reps.
  • Calculate commissions, bonuses, and SPIFFs; validate supporting data and submit approved payouts to payroll.
  • Review commission data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with compensation plans and policies.
  • Investigate and resolve commission inquiries and discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating commission systems (e.g., Callidus/SAP) and related data inputs.

Experience:

  • Experience with reporting/visualisation tools such as Tableau or Power BI preferred.
  • Experience with CRM and/or commission systems (e.g., Salesforce, Callidus/SAP) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
