We’re searching for a passionate, detail-oriented professional to support our production test equipment and ensure continuous improvements in our manufacturing processes. In this role, you’ll work closely with a diverse team, implement meaningful changes, and help deliver our innovative products to our customers on time.
What you’ll do:
- Support and maintain production test equipment, implementing changes and thorough documentation according to established standards.
- Carry out preventative maintenance activities, improving up-time and ensuring our test equipment performs at its best.
- Collaborate with the Test Development team for smooth, seamless integration of new products into Manufacturing.
- Address and resolve technical challenges on manual and automated test equipment.
- Monitor and improve yield, seeking and implementing solutions for improvement.
- Identify and champion test and product build enhancements.
- Apply your experience with electronic systems, components, and manufacturing processes to keep us moving forward.
- Use your expertise in debugging using LabView/Teststand environments and interfacing instrumentation.
- Share your knowledge of improvement techniques such as DFMA, Value Engineering, Kaizen, 5S and Six Sigma.
What you’ll bring:
- Degree or equivalent experience in Electronic Engineering or a related subject.
- Proven experience in Electronic Engineering and manufacturing environments.
- A collaborative approach, working effectively within teams and inspiring cooperation and positive change.
- A self-motivated, enthusiastic mindset—always seeking innovative solutions and seeing them through to successful results.
- Strong communication skills, allowing you to share insights and support your team.
- Knowledge of test fixturing and related engineering subjects is highly valued.
