This is a varied and rewarding role that combines front-of-house excellence, event coordination, administration and facilities support, making you a key part of the local team and the overall customer experience.
About the Role
As our Front of House Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and customers, providing a warm welcome while ensuring all site procedures, including health and safety requirements, are followed. You will play a vital role in coordinating customer visits, supporting meetings and events, maintaining presentation areas and information displays, and acting as the central contact for facilities-related matters across the site.
What You'll Be Doing
- Providing a professional and friendly front-of-house service for visitors, customers and colleagues.
- Managing visitor arrivals, registrations and safety briefings.
- Coordinating customer visits and ensuring all visit requirements are communicated and delivered effectively.
- Supporting the organisation and administration of key meetings and special events.
- Ensuring meeting rooms, presentation equipment and materials are prepared and ready for use.
- Liaising with internal teams and external contractors to arrange refreshments and other event requirements.
- Maintaining Front of House processes and procedures, ensuring they remain accurate and up to date.
- Gathering visitor feedback and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
- Producing monthly reports covering visitor numbers, customer feedback and service improvements.
- Acting as the central point of contact for facilities-related issues and monitoring progress with facilities management providers.
- Building strong working relationships with stakeholders across multiple business functions.
