  • Establish the solution architecture by making trade-offs between stakeholder expectations, technical and technological solutions and costs, risks and schedule, document the associated artefacts (architecture justification in the design and justification file, product breakdown structure, system/segment design document) and approve the resulting lower-level specifications (internal or external).
  • Assist in the solution development cycle and in defining the co-engineering approach.
  • Manage, all along the project life cycle, the assignment of the corresponding level requirements, the management of the performance evaluation and the critical parameters, the definition of the interfaces, the technical negotiation between the different stakeholders (internal or external).
  • Support the development of engineers through coaching and mentoring.
  • Support product development through entire lifecycle from bid concept to manufacture and in-service support.
  • Knowledge & adherence to industry standard, regulatory requirements and compliance, safety and cyber requirements.

Skills, experience and knowledge required of the successful candidate:

  • Bachelors or higher in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Excellent problem solving skills with the ability to present complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
