The ideal candidate is a developing professional or mid-level digital marketing specialist, ideally with a background in technology, defence, energy sector, or other regulated industries, and experience working within matrix organisations. They have a solid foundation in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or Business, complemented by strong content creation skills to craft engaging, technology-focused narratives across multiple digital platforms. Experienced in supporting integrated digital campaigns, they are proficient with tools such as Google Ads, Eloqua, CRM systems, and possess a sound understanding of SEO and keyword optimisation fundamentals. With proven analytical capabilities, they effectively track KPIs, interpret campaign data, and contribute to ROI measurement and reporting. Comfortable working alongside Strategy Marketing Directors and within cross-functional teams including Sales and Communications, this candidate excels in fostering collaboration to deliver cohesive, impactful campaigns. Enthusiastic about innovation and continuous improvement, they are motivated to drive success in both local and group-level marketing initiatives.

Main Responsibilities
- Assist in developing engaging content for websites, blogs, social media, and email marketing, collaborating with Communications and cross-functional teams to craft compelling narratives that highlight our technology solutions.
- Support the planning and execution of integrated digital marketing campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, social media, and email, coordinating with Marketing, Sales, and Communications to align with broader campaign initiatives.
- Contribute to SEO/GEO efforts, deploy new digital engagement methodologies (e.g., A/B testing), and assist in sales enablement through tools like Thales Digital Seller, including basic training on digital business models.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to understand customer digital behaviours and enhance engagement strategies.
- Support the establishment of program measurement methodologies, KPIs, and analyse campaign results to optimize digital reach, awareness, advocacy, conversions, and ROI—focusing on leads, opportunities, and revenue.
- Assist in leveraging the group’s marketing technology stack, including Eloqua, TCA, and Group CRM, to maximize digital marketing effectiveness and market influence.

Experience & Skills
- Degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or Business with strong content creation skills for web, social media, and email.
- Proven experience supporting digital campaigns, including Google Ads, social advertising, email marketing, and integrated campaign management.
- Basic SEO knowledge, keyword research, on-page optimisation, and content optimisation techniques.
- Skilled in marketing analytics: tracking KPIs, interpreting data, ROI measurement, and A/B testing methodologies.
- Familiarity with marketing technology tools such as Eloqua, CRM systems, and digital engagement platforms.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, supporting innovation and continuous improvement across Marketing, Sales, and Communications teams.
