As a Cyber Security Apprentice, you will be studying at the University of Strathclyde towards a BSc in Software Development, with specialist cyber pathways for Year 3 and Year 4 of the course. For the duration of this 4‑year programme, you will combine university studies with practical application, working within our business in Glasgow. You will be given 1 day per week to focus on your studies, and the other 4 days will be spent in the business applying university learning in a real‑life engineering environment. Apprentices will attend university classes for 10 days annually, once a month during term time. Upon completion of the programme, you will move into a permanent role within Thales in Glasgow.
Requirements- 4 Highers grades (BBBB) including either Maths, Computing Science or Physics
- National 5 English at grade C or above
- Resident in Scotland on or before 1 August 2026
- Applicants who already hold a relevant degree are not eligible for this programme.

Security ClearanceThis role requires Security Clearance (SC).
