- Run customer, bid, and project meetings – arrange logistics and prepare presentation materials.
- Coordinate contributions from attendees and create information packs.
- Maintain meeting agendas, minutes, and action registers.
- Track document lifecycle and support document management procedures.
- Assist with data entry, reporting cycles, dashboards, and data summaries.
- Manage timesheets and expense submissions efficiently.
