We are looking for a Project Support Officer to join our Integrated Airspace Protection Systems (IAS) in Belfast. In this role you will provide administrative, reporting and coordination support to help our bids and projects run smoothly and accurately in alignment with Thales processes. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced collaborative environment and enjoys working with different teams across the business.

Some of the Key Responsibilities and Tasks:

  • Help run customer, bid, and project meetings by arranging logistics, preparing and gathering presentation materials, coordinating contributions from attendees, and creating information packs.
  • Take care of meeting agendas, minutes, and action registers to keep everyone informed and on track.
  • Support the management and tracking of documents throughout their lifecycle, ensuring all procedures are followed.
  • Assist in data entry and maintain reporting cycles, offering guidance on document management to colleagues.
  • Help create dashboards, reports, and data summaries ahead of project reviews.
  • Manage timesheets and expense submissions efficiently.
