Thales Group is recruiting a Hardware Engineering Manager to provide functional leadership to a small multi-disciplinary engineering team across Templecombe, Crawley or Cheadle. The role includes work-package management support and travel between sites as required.
The HwEM will oversee hardware tasks within cost, schedule, performance and quality constraints, steering architecture, interfaces and lifecycle activities for complex hardware solutions.
