Responsibilities:
- Define and execute engineering delivery strategy, resource profiles, and cost, schedule, and quality targets for the program.
- Manage interfaces with overall delivery strategy and program schedule, ensuring proactive issue and risk management.
- Plan, prioritize, and deliver engineering team activities, allocating budgets, resources, and work packages.
- Act as People Manager for the engineering team, providing feedback to functional discipline leads.
- Identify re‑use opportunities across the project and report engineering efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Strong engineering background with experience leading multi‑discipline delivery projects.
