Over het team
Binnen onze Supply Chain, houdt de afdeling Production zich bezig met het assembleren van toestellen op het gebied van de militaire communicatie. De producten zijn allemaal gelinkt aan het SOTAS systeem (voertuig communicatiesystemen) en radar systemen.
Over jouw toekomstige baan
Als Test & Repair Engineer werk je in het Make, Source & Deliver process. De belangrijkste taken zijn:
- Het onderhouden en repareren van klant producten op zowel mechanisch als elektronisch gebied.
- De hierbij behorende administratie te verzorgen.
- Zorg dragen voor een aflevering van kwalitatief hoogstaande producten naar het magazijn.
- Toe te zien op de montage kwaliteit binnen het team door het uitvoeren van procescontrole.
- Het bijhouden van de afgeleverde kwaliteit en het initiëren en opvolgen van de daarbij behorende correctieve acties.
- Laden (test) software in de systemen, fout zoeken, testen, meten, repareren, uitvoeren trend analyses.
- Het samenstellen van nieuwe toestellen (prototypes) in samenwerking met de Engineering afdeling.
Waarom ben jij een goede match
- Je hebt ervaring in een soortgelijke functie als monteur, eindcontroleur in een technische productie omgeving met een werk- en denkvermogen op MBO (+) niveau.
- Een elektronica en mechanische achtergrond is een must.
- Ervaring met radio-techniek is een pre.
- Je hebt kennis van assemblage- en productieprocessen.
- Je hebt kennis van componenten/schakelingen en kunt elektronische schakelingen en complexe tekeningen lezen.
- Je bent bereid om kennis op te doen d.m.v. o.a. IPC- en TWI-cursussen.
- Je werkt graag samen in een team, kunt ook goed zelfstandig werken en beschikt over goede communicatieve vaardigheden (NL + EN).
- Je bent praktisch ingesteld en bent secuur.
- Je bent bereid om mogelijk op externe locaties werkzaamheden/trainingen uit te voeren.
- Je bent in staat om handmatig te testen, maar ook gebruik te maken van automatische testomgevingen.
