Responsibilities
- Ensure robust Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and Performance Management Baseline (PMB) across projects
- Deploy and oversee Project Controls within a portfolio or project
- Identify trends, analyse variances, and recommend corrective actions with a focus on risk and opportunity management
- Establish and run business rhythm events (ETC/Schedule/Risk Reviews, Reporting) and consolidate timely reports
- Collaborate with project leadership to define and implement relevant metrics
- Assess resource forward load (labour and material) and advise on reconciliation and deployment optimisation
- Key requirements
- Strong track record in designing, deploying, operating or improving Project Controls in relevant contexts
- Ability to build relationships with stakeholders across functional boundaries
- Awareness of advanced Project Control techniques (Earned Value Management, Schedule Risk Analysis) and experience deploying them
- Ability to define and implement KPIs to track progress and forecast performance
