Overview
In this role, you will support the UK MES Product Owner in developing, deploying, and maintaining the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) across UK sites. You will translate operations needs into technical specs, aid deployments, and provide ongoing support to MES users. The position drives continuous improvement of MES solutions aligned with ICC standards. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable manufacturing IT solutions in a security-conscious environment.

Responsibilities
- Gather and translate MES requirements with the Product Owner and stakeholders
- Contribute to defining technical specifications and solution definitions
- Support MES standards implementation and process improvements
- Participate in Agile deployment activities and perform configuration, testing, and troubleshooting
- Assist with validation: user stories, test cases, documentation, and defect reporting
- Provide technical assistance to super users and resolve MES issues post-deployment
- Support incident management and MES documentation/training materials
- Pursue continuous improvement and share knowledge across ICCs
Key requirements
- Experience in manufacturing systems, MES, or industrial IT
- Working knowledge of software deployment and system integration in an industrial environment
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies is desirable
- Understanding of total supply chain disciplines (Manufacturing Engineering, Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, Delivery, Supplier Quality Assurance, Logistics/Delivery)
