Summary
Thales is looking for a Digital Program Manager – Digital Touch Customer Success to join our growing CSM team in Belfast.
This role will engage customers throughout their Thales journey, delivering content and interaction that drives successful adoption of Thales products.
You will collaborate cross‑functionally to remove obstacles to customer success and drive positive outcomes in every interaction.
Responsibilities
- Deliver programs to engage with customers at scale, increasing product adoption, retention and growth.
- Utilize tools such as Planhat, User Voice, and Higher Logic to automate and manage engagement.
- Leverage NPS, CSAT, and User Voice data to drive action based on the voice of the customer.
- Use customer data and feedback to identify and prioritize the enablement roadmap.
- Work with the Digital Community Manager and Digital Engagement Lead to maximize customer networking, enablement and engagement through community participation, multimedia content, and live events.
- Advocate customer needs with internal stakeholders (Support, Engineering, Product Management, Sales) to drive product usage and identify growth opportunities.
- Maintain an understanding of company technology, products, and services.
- Collect customer success stories for use in reference programs.
Requirements
- Relevant experience in a high‑volume customer engagement role (e. g., Digital/Tech Touch Customer Success, Marketing Operations, SMB Account Management).
- Experience designing and implementing customer engagement strategies and programs.
- Ability to lead cross‑functional projects.
- Data‑driven mindset with experience leveraging customer analytics to prioritize action.
- Strategic “out‑of‑the‑box” thinking to deliver results.
- Experience with customer engagement tools such as Marketo, Planhat, Pendo, Hub Spot, Qualtrics, etc.
- Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce.
- Familiarity with IT Security and Saa S companies is an advantage.
