A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Spa Manager to manage our Spa at Thainstone House Hotel

The Role:
- Management of all operational and financial aspects of the spa for Thainstone House
- To ensure that guests and members receive an efficient, friendly, consistent, and personalised service from yourself and all members of the team
- Work with Hotel General Managers to ensure timely and appropriate sales & marketing activities
- Conduct spa tours for prospective members, guests, and VIPs
- Management of all statutory and company regulations relating to health & safety, hygiene, fire, and emergency procedures
- Delivery of high-level treatments
- To ensure that spa security is always maintained
- Administration of team matters such as absence management, appraisals, annual leave requests, disciplinary, grievance and performance management
- Work with the human resources department to ensure the management of the department recruitment process
The Person:
- Experience working in a similar role would be beneficial, but we will consider applications from outstanding Spa Supervisors
- Experience working within a high-end spa/leisure club is essential
- Qualified to SVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy or equivalent
- A working knowledge of the Ishga skincare range would be desirable
- Strong customer service and time management skills, an attention to detail and good communication skills are vital
- Must be self-motivated, enthusiastic and a natural engaging leader
