Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of authentic Thai dishes according to company standards.
- Support menu execution, including selected regional Thai dishes from different parts of Thailand.
- Assist in food preparation, cooking, and plating during service.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and follow food safety and hygiene standards.
- Work as part of a team to ensure smooth daily kitchen operations.
- Support basic inventory control and food preparation planning.
- Participate in menu improvement and new dish development when required.
Job Requirements
- Experience in cooking Thai cuisine in a professional kitchen.
- Interest and willingness to learn different regional Thai cooking styles (Northern, Southern, Isaan, Central).
- Able to work split shifts, weekends, and Public Holidays.
- Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment and handle standing for long hours.
- Team player with positive working attitude.
- Basic communication in English for kitchen coordination.
- Ability to speak Thai is an advantage.
- Singaporeans or PRs only.
