We are looking for a friendly, genuine, and hardworking individual who is passionate about what they do and can join our team as Supervisor. Located in the heart of Vauxhall, London, we serve comfort food, craft beers, fresh & fragrant cocktails, and warm, family-style hospitality. We are looking for a talented individual with a passion for food and excitement for new adventures to start out in our pub. Previous pub experience, hands-on and strong leadership required. Our crew is creative, friendly, and innovative. We want your help to develop, maintain, and lead a cohesive team.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Supervise and support team members to ensure high performance and productivity.
  • Monitor daily activities and address any issues promptly to maintain smooth operations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to coordinate projects and initiatives.
  • Participate in hiring, training, and evaluating staff.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively.
  • Be present on the floor; a manager must touch every single table.

Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role.
  • Table service experience.
  • Familiar with Microsoft.
