Responsibilities and Duties:
- Supervise and support team members to ensure high performance and productivity.
- Monitor daily activities and address any issues promptly to maintain smooth operations.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate projects and initiatives.
- Participate in hiring, training, and evaluating staff.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively.
- Be present on the floor; a manager must touch every single table.
Experience Requirements:

- Table service experience.
