We're on the hunt for a new Restaurant Manager to work in our Bristo Pub. Located in the heart of Vauxhall, London, we serve comfort food, craft beers, fresh & fragrant cocktails, and warm, family-style hospitality. We are looking for a talented Restaurant Manager with a passion for food and excitement for new adventures to start out in our pub. Previous pub experience, hands-on and strong leadership required. Our crew is creative, friendly, and innovative. We want your help to develop, maintain, and lead a cohesive team.

Restaurant Manager Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Assist in planning and executing operational strategies to meet organizational goals
  • Supervise and support team members to ensure high performance and productivity
  • Monitor daily activities and address any issues promptly to maintain smooth operations
  • Collaborate with other departments to coordinate projects and initiatives
  • Participate in hiring, training, and evaluating staff
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively
  • Be present on the floor, a manager must touch every single table
Experience Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years experience in managerial role
  • Table service experience
  • Familiar with Microsoft
