About the Role: As a Talent Acquisition Specialist , you’ll help us find and attract top-tier talent to support our consultancy’s continued growth. This is an entry-level role ideal for someone with 1–2 years of recruitment experience —and a genuine passion for spotting potential, telling great stories, and building relationships at all levels. You’ll work closely with hiring managers, our delivery teams, and leadership to source candidates across project controls, digital, and business support. You’ll have the chance to shape how we hire and represent our brand in the talent market. You will be driven, organised, analytical and people-focused, managing our in-house recruitment efforts. You will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle — sourcing, engaging, and closing top talent while reducing external recruitment costs and time-to-hire. What You’ll Be Doing: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand needs and priorities Write and manage job postings across platforms and networks Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach Screen candidates and conduct first-stage interviews Coordinate the interview process and ensure a great candidate experience Develop and maintain our Applicant Tracking System, ensure data accuracy and clean pipelines Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns Help refine and improve recruitment processes as we scale Support with administrative duties/holiday cover Who You Are: You bring more than just recruitment skills—you bring the right behaviours that align with how we show up every day: You really care about helping others succeed—clients and candidates alike You proactively look for ways to add value, even when it\’s not explicitly asked You’re a critical thinker who asks thoughtful questions and seeks to understand before acting You’re digitally literate , adaptable, and comfortable working with modern tools You’re curious, proactive , and always looking to improve You’re credible, authentic , and can influence others with integrity You’re emotionally intelligent , self-aware, and respectful in how you show up You bring innovative thinking and don’t default to the obvious You focus on results and optimisation , not just activity You’re collaborative —you don’t sit in silence, and you make space for others You’re accountable and own your outcomes You balance resilience with compassion —kindness matters here You’re the kind of person who likes to go above and beyond What You’ll Need: Strong written and verbal communication skills (Essential) Confident using LinkedIn Recruiter and/or applicant tracking systems (Essential) Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-moving, agile team (Essential) 1–2 years’ experience in recruitment (agency or in-house)(Essential) Proven ability to fill roles (Essential) Data-driven approach to tracking performance and optimising conversion rates (Essential) Ideally, some exposure to hiring in project or consulting roles (Desirable) An interest in digital, data, or infrastructure sectors is a bonus—but not essential (Desirable) Interest in understanding talent acquisition practices in US (Desirable) Why Join Us?
