We are seeking an experienced Reporting Manager (Project Controls) to join our team in a hybrid role based in London & Suffolk, with travel as required and some flexibility for home-working. You will lead on the delivery of high-quality programme reporting across a major infrastructure environment. This role will be responsible for producing clear, accurate and insightful reporting outputs for senior leadership and governance forums, while driving continuous improvement in reporting standards, processes and digital reporting solutions. The successful candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented and confident managing multiple priorities within a fast-paced and complex programme environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the production of regular performance reporting and executive reporting packs (including but not limited to monthly, quarterly & annual reports).
  • Ensure reporting outputs are accurate, consistent, timely and of the highest quality.
  • Develop and improve reporting templates, standards and reporting processes.
  • Support digital reporting and data visualisation initiatives.
  • Coordinate reporting inputs across multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Provide reporting insight and respond to ad hoc information requests.
  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and delivery teams.

Skills & Experience

  • Experience in reporting, PMO or project controls within a complex project environment.
  • Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Experience producing executive-level reports and dashboards.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience using reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI or similar.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities effectively.
  • Proactive, highly motivated and solutions-focused approach.
  • Experience within major infrastructure, engineering, construction or regulated industries.
  • Familiarity with NEC contracts and large programme delivery environments.
  • Degree qualification in a relevant discipline such as engineering, business, finance, project management or data analytics.
  • Membership of a relevant professional body such as APM, PMI or AACE.
